Who we are

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address when you contact us or request a quote.
• The town or postcode of the property and the details of the work you describe.
• Any photographs you choose to send us of the job.

Why we collect it

Only so that we can reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out agreed work and keep a record of jobs we have completed. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists you have not asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years, as required for tax, insurance and guarantee purposes.

Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to do the job, for example passing measurements to a supplier , or where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data outside the UK.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email mbrooflineandjoinery@outlook.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
